Micheal was very helpful and honest. He came right out reviewed the situation and discovered that it was not the roof but the siding that was causing the leak. He showed me what needed to be done and explained how it should be done then made some minor repairs to prevent any damage until I was able to get the siding replaced. He did not charge me anything even though he spent at least a hour helping me out. In this day and age where no one wants to provide customer service it’s nice to meet someone he takes customer care to new heights.

WOW. Michael is the REAL DEAL. If I could post my phone number here and rave about him to anyone looking to make a decision, I would because good, honest, show up on time, call you later, follow up, speak your language folks are hard to find. Michael was right on time and after he inspected the roof he walked me around and pointed out (in a language I could understand) the things that REALLY needed to be fixed. He didn’t scare me, he told me that everything was ok and only told me what I needed now. He then went ABOVE AND BEYOND - he pulled the roof permit and WOW - I was about to sign for a house with a new roof that wasn’t even permitted. He texted me to call asap, explained everything, didn’t scare me - and just shared knowledge and the permit link. He’s a true professional. Trustworthy, honest, a good person and knows his stuff. CALL HIM!!!! I can’t speak highly enough.

Michael responded almost immediately and was at my house in about 15 minutes (happened to be nearby, but still unbelievably quick!). After thoroughly reviewing on the roof and in the attic, he determined it was likely a gutter issue rather than a roof issue.
