Micheal was very helpful and honest. He came right out reviewed the situation and discovered that it was not the roof but the siding that was causing the leak. He showed me what needed to be done and explained how it should be done then made some minor repairs to prevent any damage until I was able to get the siding replaced. He did not charge me anything even though he spent at least a hour helping me out. In this day and age where no one wants to provide customer service it’s nice to meet someone he takes customer care to new heights.

Called them about a small roof repair and they responded immediately. Michael called me back and let me know about the repair and gave me an estimate. We agreed on the price and his team showed up approximately 2 hours later. They did a great job, and I would definitely use them again!

WOW. Michael is the REAL DEAL. If I could post my phone number here and rave about him to anyone looking to make a decision, I would because good, honest, show up on time, call you later, follow up, speak your language folks are hard to find. Michael was right on time and after he inspected the roof he walked me around and pointed out (in a language I could understand) the things that REALLY needed to be fixed. He didn’t scare me, he told me that everything was ok and only told me what I needed now. He then went ABOVE AND BEYOND - he pulled the roof permit and WOW - I was about to sign for a house with a new roof that wasn’t even permitted. He texted me to call asap, explained everything, didn’t scare me - and just shared knowledge and the permit link. He’s a true professional. Trustworthy, honest, a good person and knows his stuff. CALL HIM!!!! I can’t speak highly enough.

Michael responded almost immediately and was at my house in about 15 minutes (happened to be nearby, but still unbelievably quick!). After thoroughly reviewing on the roof and in the attic, he determined it was likely a gutter issue rather than a roof issue. I was pretty uneasy about what someone might find as I wouldn’t know if the recommended repairs might be overly aggressive/expensive so am incredibly impressed with the honest feedback and integrity. I will definitely go with them for any future needs without any reservations about their recommendations. It’s great to find that there are truly trustworthy companies out there!

Michael came out the same day I noticed my roof leaking and gave me a very reasonable quote. He then came back and fixed the leak and noticed a few other minor issues that he remedied for free. He’s upfront and honest and tells it like it is and very trustworthy. I highly recommend him to anyone else with any roof issues!

He had his team do the repair while he submitted permitting documents to reseal my flat roof with a 10-year warranty product to extend its life. He offered several options for solutions, and told me what they'd cost. He's very transparent and takes tons of pictures of the process so I can see what he did without getting on the roof. He's a great professional to hire for roof repair.
